Environmental Analysis & Permitting

Environmental Analysis and Permitting Inc. (EAP, Inc.) is an ecological consulting firm that deals primarily with wetland and wildlife issues. The firm has been in operation since 1990, and serves a variety of clientele including engineering firms, developers, municipal and state government, and private homeowners. We offer our clients a variety of services, some of which are outlined further in this brochure.

The two senior staff members of EAP, Inc. have over thirty-five years of experience between them in ecological consulting and permitting. The varied project experience includes everything from design and permitting of lake front restoration for a homeowner, to wetland delineation, mitigation design, and permitting for 18 miles of new limited access expressway.

The staff of EAP, Inc. typically works as part of a project team. We have worked with most engineering and planning firms in central Florida, and many in other parts of the state. In many cases our relationships with clients or other consultants exceeds ten years in duration. Project locations, although typically in central Florida, have included sites from Key West to the Florida Panhandle and the Caribbean.
